1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting, authorizing, accessing the web dashboard, or using the D4XA1 Z+ Discord bot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not invite or interact with the bot.
2. Discord Terms of Service Compliance
Users of D4XA1 Z+ must strictly adhere to the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any attempt to utilize our bot for unauthorized raiding, harassment, automated mass-messaging, or malicious activities will result in immediate blacklisting.
3. Service Availability & Limits
While D4XA1 Z+ is engineered with redundancy and high availability across cloud providers, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime due to potential upstream Discord API outages or maintenance. We reserve the right to temporarily modify, limit, or throttle access to prevent resource abuse.
4. Premium Subscriptions & Refunds
Premium tiers (Plus, Pro, Ultra Pro) grant access to advanced rate limits, priority shard queues, and dedicated support. Payments made via UPI or other approved channels are final upon activation. In the event of a technical service failure on our end, subscription extensions may be granted at our discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
D4XA1 Z+ and its developers shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from server mismanagement, misconfigured permissions by guild administrators, or actions taken by the automated antinuke algorithm in response to detected threats.
