1. What Data We Collect

To provide antinuke security, automod, moderation, and dashboard controls, D4XA1 Z+ only stores data strictly required for server management:

• Guild IDs & Settings: Prefix, antinuke whitelist, action rate limits, automod toggles, and logging channel IDs.
• User IDs: Discord snowflake IDs of whitelisted staff, moderators, and sanctioned offenders.
• Audit Logs: Case numbers, punishment timestamps, and reason text to populate moderation history.
• Web Session: Discord OAuth2 user ID and encrypted session tokens for dashboard authentication.

2. What We NEVER Collect

We prioritize user confidentiality and never harvest sensitive private personal data:

• We do NOT log, store, or sell private chat messages or DM content.
• We do NOT collect real names, physical addresses, or credit card numbers.
• We do NOT sell or share any user or guild analytics with third-party advertisers.

3. Data Retention & Storage

All configuration data is stored securely in encrypted MongoDB databases located in enterprise-grade data centers. Audit logs and temporary voice records are periodically pruned to ensure data cleanliness and optimal database performance.

4. Right to Data Deletion (GDPR Compliance)

Server owners have the full legal right to request the complete deletion of their guild data. When the bot is removed from a server, or upon submitting a data purge request via our support server, all associated settings, whitelists, and logs will be permanently erased within 14 days.
